Public sector projects have included education facilities, landfill designs and permitting, roadway improvements, drainage and floodplain analyses. Mr. Waddey’s private sector projects have included land development for retail, commercial residential and industrial clients with sites ranging from small single building tracts to several hundred acre developments. Mr. Waddey is a registered professional engineer in Texas and received his Bachelor of Science from Ball State University in 1984. Mr. Waddey is a Certified Floodplain Manager and is also a member of The Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
is a 1993 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has been working in the DFW market for over 20 years. After several years of working for different consulting firms Mr. Vasquez decided to form Vasquez Engineering in order to better serve his clients and control his own destiny. Mr. Vasquez has a vast experience in the retail and commercial markets in DFW working for Property Owners, Developers and End Users. Over his career Mr. Vasquez has worked on a wide array of projects in the private and public sectors. Mr. Vasquez is a licensed engineer in the States of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Colorado, Utah, Kansas and Missouri . Mr. Vasquez is also a member of ASCE, The Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and former Chairman of the City of Rowlett Board of Adjustment.
